Privacy Policy. We do not store customer details. Customer details, ie telephone number and address are used only to proccess your order and deliver your goods. Customer details are destroyed after the sale and postage has been completed. We do not store Financial details. Financial details will only be kept to process and complete payment. Credit /debit cards details are destroyed after payments have been processed.

Returns policy. Returns must be reported to us within 7 days. Returns are Only accepted if we have made an error in sending the wrong items to you.
We do not offer refunds on goods or postage.

Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled after one hour of placement of order.
If you want to change your order or add to your order please let us know within one day other wise your order may be delayed and /or extra postage charge may apply.

Items not recived. We keep a record of all postage transactions. If you do not recieve an item you must report it to us withing 7 days and we will make a claim with the postal service used.

Delivery Times . We aim to deliver goods as quickly as we can. please allow 7-14 days.
